Monitoring & alerts

HTTP(S) uptime, Ping, DNS lookups, SSL expiry, webhook monitors (inbound pings), blacklist/reputation checks, and email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Intervals are plan-based. Free runs every 5 minutes; paid tiers support faster intervals down to 60 seconds. Choose intervals per monitor.

Email and Webhooks on all plans; Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord integrations on paid plans; PagerDuty and SMS (pay-as-you-go).

Checks run from multiple regions and confirm failures before alerting. You can also configure retry counts and grace periods per monitor.

Plans & billing

Up to 5 endpoints, 1 seat, 5-minute intervals, and 7-day retention—ideal for testing or small projects. Upgrade anytime.

No. You can start a 30-day trial without payment details. When it ends, upgrade or continue on Free—your choice.

SMS is pay-as-you-go across paid plans. Some tiers include a small bundle; beyond that you only pay for what you use.

Accounts & security

Yes. Invite teammates, assign ownership, and route incidents by group so the right people are notified every time.

SSO support is available on upper tiers. If you need a specific IdP, contact us and we’ll confirm compatibility.

Data & privacy

Retention is plan-based: Free = 7 days, Pro = 30 days, Growth = 90 days, Business = 1 year. All plans include basic trend snapshots.

No credentials are required for basic HTTP, Ping, DNS, or SSL checks. For authenticated endpoints, use tokens or headers; we store only what’s needed, encrypted at rest.

Yes. Export monitor history and incidents as CSV/JSON on paid plans. Reach out if you need bulk exports.

Getting started

Create a free account, click New monitor, choose type (HTTP(S), Ping, etc.), set the interval, add optional headers, and save. You’ll get alerts if it fails.

Yes—available on higher tiers. Share real-time availability and recent incidents with customers and stakeholders.

Absolutely—use Webhooks for custom flows, or native integrations for Slack, Teams, Discord, and PagerDuty. More integrations are added regularly.
